1. Services

Lucaryin LLC ("Lucaryin," "we," "us") provides autonomous AI assistant services deployed on dedicated hardware. Our assistants handle email, calendar, research, follow-ups, and other business operations on your behalf.

2. Account & Access

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and the devices on which your AI assistant operates. You agree to provide accurate information during onboarding and to update it as needed.

3. SMS Messaging Terms

By opting in to SMS notifications, you agree to receive text messages from Lucaryin AI assistant services at the phone number you provide. These messages may include appointment reminders, account notifications, and customer support responses.

• Message frequency varies based on your assistant's activity.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for support.
• Consent to SMS is not required to use Lucaryin services.
• We will not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Subscription & Billing

Lucaryin services are provided on a monthly subscription basis. Pricing, features, and billing terms are outlined during onboarding. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Lucaryin services for any unlawful purpose, to send spam or unsolicited messages, or to violate any applicable laws or regulations. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

Lucaryin services are provided "as is." While we strive for reliability, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our AI assistants operate autonomously and may occasionally make errors.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through your AI assistant. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
